At OMAC, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your item, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your OMAC account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
